How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
The gift certificate is delivered electronically via e-mail and can be used towards the purchase of any item from The Batter's Box at aluminumbats.com.
When a certificate is purchased, and after payment is validated, an email is sent to the purchaser containing a unique PIN that is to be used during the checkout process - that's the certificate number, or PIN. The purchaser will receive that e-mail within 24 hours after purchase.
How to Redeem Your Gift Certificate:
• Direct the recipient to go to The Batter's Box at www.aluminumbats.com
• Shop as usual and add the desired item(s) to the shopping cart
• During the checkout process you will encounter a step that asks for Discount Codes. Enter the PIN Number from the certificate there.
• The value of the certificate will be applied towards your purchase.
- If the purchase amount is less than the value of the certificate, the remaining balance will be available for a later purchase using the same PIN.
- If the purchase is greater than the amount of the certificate you will be prompted for payment for that balance.
• Sorry, but only ONE Gift Certificate can be used per purchase.
