The Batter's Box Return Policy

New, Unused Equipment:
Our policy on returns is 30 days* from date of purchase.  Returns are accepted on unused equipment still in its original packaging for up to 30 days.  We Cannot Accept Returns On Bats if the Cellophane Wrapper Has Been Removed.

*During the holiday season The Batter's Box will extend our "New, Unused Equipment" return and exchange policy to 60 days from date of purchase.


To return any unused item(s), make a copy of your receipt, circle the item you are returning and write at the bottom of the receipt your reason for return (i.e. - Return for Refund, Return for exchange for ... ) For exchange be sure to include the exact model number and size or color you would like in return.

Please note:  Shipping charges are not refundable.  If your order was placed during our Free Shipping promotion we will deduct the standard ground shipping charge from your refund.


Special Order Items:
Special order items such as personalized and custom bat bags are not returnable.  Personalized bats are not returnable UNLESS there is a manufacturers defect or you receive the wrong item.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all Holloway returns. No exceptions.


Shoes, Cleats, Spikes:

There is no warranty for shoes, cleats or spikes.  If you need to exchange unused shoes for a different size please follow these steps:

  1. Pack the shoes back in the original box - shoes MUST be returned in the original package

  2. Write at the bottom of the original receipt the size you want in exchange

  3. Send the shoes back to the address at the top of the receipt.

  4. We will ship your new shoes as soon as we receive the original pair and charge your credit card for shipping

Damaged, broken equipment other than bats:
We will accept exchanges only for damaged or broken equipment as long as the damage occurred during normal use.  You must have your original receipt with any return.

Warranty by product from original purchase date:
Catcher's Protective other than Schutt (Helmets, Chest Protectors, Leg Guards) - 1 year
All Schutt equipment including Catcher's Protective - 30 days
Bat Bags and Equipment Bags - 90 days
Ball Gloves -

  Rawlings - 1 year

  All Others - 90 days
Batting Gloves - 30 days
Training Aids - 90 days
Pitching Machines - Contact manufacturer directly
Field Equipment - 30 days
Composite Wood Bats - 30 Days
Wood Bats (except composites) - No Warranty
Batting Helmets - No Warranty
Baseballs and Softballs - No Warranty
Sunglasses - No Warranty
Apparel - No Warranty
Videos and Books - No Warranty
All other equipment not listed above - 30 days

Make a copy of your receipt, circle the item you are returning and write at the bottom of the receipt the details of the damage (i.e.:  Broken zipper)
