Shipping, Ordering and Information

We ship to US, US Territories, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, Military Addresses* and select foreign countries. Shipping Charges are Calculated in your Shopping Cart. To find out how much your shipping charges are go through the steps for checkout and you will see your charges before you submit payment. In the US, we prefer to ship via UPS. Please be sure the Ship To address is NOT a PO Box (except APO or FPO)
Note to our customers in Australia and New Zealand: All US companies, including The Batter's Box, are bound by contract by Easton Sports not to sell their products to Australia and New Zealand residents. This only applies to Easton brand products. Please purchase Easton products from your local authorized Easton distributor.

FedEx Shipping: Most in stock orders placed weekdays before 4:00 PM Eastern are shipped same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Next Day Air shipped on Friday, or Second Day Air shipped on Thursday, will be delivered to you on the following Monday. If you need Saturday delivery, please call us at 1-843-477-1874.
US Mail: Same as above, but add two extra business days before we ship.

We also accept check or money order by mail. Payment must be received before we ship. Personal checks must clear before merchandise will be shipped. All of these options are available in our online shopping cart.

Out of Stock Items
It is our goal to provide you with the fastest delivery possible. However, some items may be out of stock for a variety of reasons, especially during peak seasons such as the start of your season, all-stars season, etc. We do our best to have a complete and large inventory (you should see our stock room!). Our online web site is edited manually and sometimes you will see an item online that is not actually in stock. We will notify you by e-mail if your item is out of stock and how long it is out of stock for. If part of your order is in stock and part is out of stock, we will ship the items that we do have, backorder the out of stock items and notify you by email and ship the out of stock item as soon as possible. Please be aware that some merchandise, especially those that come in colors, may require a little extra time to order. Usually not more than 7 to 10 days. No matter what, we will do everything possible to deliver your order as soon as possible. Remember though, sometimes it may cost you a little more for rush delivery.
